The Honourable Paul CHAN Mo-po, GBM, GBS, MH, JP, Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, delivered his 2024-2025 Budget Speech to the Legislative Council on 28 February 2024.

This was the perfect opportunity for you to hear Mr Chan elaborate on the details of his latest Budget, which sets forth the Government’s plans to steer its fiscal policy and enhance Hong Kong's competitive edge. Not least, he will also discuss measures to gradually achieve a fiscal balance and attract more businesses, talent and capital to Hong Kong to sustain the city’s economic growth.
